The Girl Scouts were in the Pitney Meadows Community Gardens today making fairy houses for the fairy village art display in two weeks.
Under the creative eye of Girl Scout leader Jess Clauser, more than 30 girls have created tiny houses decorated with shells, acorns, pinecones, moss and more.
The houses will be placed within an enchanting flower border at the north end of the garden. And, a fairy-sized neighborhood will emerge but only for one afternoon.
Mark your calendar for May 19th from 1 to 3 and come enjoy the fairy gathering. Everyone is welcome.
